So you are looking for a Robert Lavery son of Hugh from Ballyclogh...doesn't follow that Hugh himself was from the Co Antrim or even Robert they may have moved into the area at some stage from the ?Co Down...that being said you now need to see if you can find a record of Hugh from Ballyclogh..... |

I really dont know if this Dock Ward family is the correct Robert most of my Lavery connections were CoI, , St Patricks in East Belfast at the turn of the 1900's . I have no information on Robert's siblings, as yet , perhaps that will help in the future. Sorry |

Hugh possibly could have been born anywhere from around 1800 on, I was only estimating his age. He and Maria? may have been slightly older parents.Robert was born in 1842, thanks so much for your input .Where would I find their marriage details ? |

Robert anSarah moved to Belfast , where my other descendants were born, so I don't think this 1901 family are their immediate connection .Have tried Ancestry as well. |

Where were they living? There are a couple of Hugh Laverys showing on census returns but one is in Lincolnshire, one in Scotland ... a geographical hint would help. |
