I can't pinpoint James. I am wondering if he was the child of James Stevens. He could have been born just before or just after George and Mary married and was named James after his father. Just a thought.

I was confused because on the 1841 I posted William is transcribed as 10 years old. But as Lindsey explained it is badly written on the original and could be 60.

I think maybe this is his baptism. Kinver is just outside of Stourbridge.

I think William was about 10 [ badly written]on the 1841 census, as he is last on the list with no occupation.

That doesn't give relationships and only ages rounded up or down.

William was age 60 when??
