If the marriage I gave you for margarets parents is correct this could be his death

Which may account for them living with grandparents and a big gap in childrens ages which could also mean Margaret may not know who her father was? although it does say mother is married in 1881

This could be her mother in 1871 birth place same as 1881 although it says she is single

this is the right death, for margaret ann,asi said, i have had the wrong family, john emmanuel as you said died 1868 so not margaret s father still looking for information,about him and his parents thank you for your help ed .

I know he is not her father

There is always the possability her mother had another child but just used his name

If you purchase Margarets Marriage cert then we may have some idea who her father is the info I have given you may not be correct it is just what I think....but then again she could just invent one if she wanted to
