Still no luck with Lavinia's birth

1891 Eliza Lucy trowill 1889 is with grandparents Eliza Lucy trowill born 1838 and George Trowell 1837 no sign of lavinia and James.
Can't find james in 1881 either,he was born 1861 and had brother George Virgo trowell a joiner born @ 1863.
