Emma's maiden name should be on her children's birth certificates. |

Help Please. Emma's 1st Married name was Vaughan. In 1900 at Pembroke Dock Dyfed she Married My Grt Grandad Richard Mc Donnell. I know my Grt Grandad passed away 1908 Woolwich. Have just found in 1911 Census Emma as a widow with children from 1st Marriage named Gilbert and Ada Vaughan, but have just realised there also is an Emma Mc Donnell aged 9yrs and James Mc Donnell aged 4yrs. Also found they had a son Richard Mc Donnell who died in Woolwich also in 1908 aged 4yrs. How can I go about finding relatives of Emma and James Mc Donnell. Also have never been able to find Emma's 1st Marriage details and what her Maiden name was. I think she was born in Penally Pembroke about 1862.Also if this helps I think her 1st husband was Military as was my Grt Grandad Mc Donnell. |
