i wonder if someone can check & see if they can find a death for a EDNA BROADBENT in the leeds west yorkshire area after 1946 have tried free bmd but that only goes up to 1961 & belive it may have been after this

no thats why i,m trying too find a death for her & i know her last child was born in leeds in 1946 so know it will be after that i know her husband died 1968 in leeds so am presumeing she also died leeds

her name was edna watson & she married ernest broadbent not sure where we think west ham but thats only cos we have found that the only match really but can,t understand why ernest married in west ham as he was born leeds lived in leeds all his life & all children were born in leeds its a brain freeze for me lol

the edna watson you found is a really good possible as her first born sone was called paul ernest arthur so thats looking good

but the ernest you found doesn,t look like mine as the whole side of my broadbent family lived & came from holbeck & were not related to the headingley horsforth lot well i,m saying not related if they were i have not found a connection as yet
