Find Ancestors

Hi,

I have been trying to find out who the parents are of my gt gt grt grandfather Caleb Case b 1776 in wootten Fitzpaine , Dorset. but I am stuck so need some help please.

Caleb Case married Elizabeth Salway on 4th May 1803 in Wootten Fitzpaine, Dorset. They had 6 children - Caleb 1805,Joseph 1806, james 1808, Ann 1808, Mary 1809 and Elizabeth 1811.

There are a few Caleb Case's in records - there are 3 different ones in my tree - Caleb 1776, son Caleb 1805 and his son Caleb 1833 all born in Dorset..

If anyone could help me find Caleb 1776 parents and record of his birth or baptism and death I would be very grateful.

Elizabeth Salway Calebs wife is also a mystery - I have a baptism record for her in 1776 but no parents names ,

.Also my gr gr grandfather Joseph Case- Calebs 2nd son - moved from Dorset to Camberwell and was a Blacksmith. I cant find a death for him - the last census I have for him is in 1871 in Camberwell with his 2nd wife Lucy who I also need a maiden name for. Not to be confused with Lucy Greening Seymour who married Caleb Case no 2 in 1825 and died the same year !! 2nd Lucy was on the 1881 census in Old Kent Road as a wi

I have found many records of the rest of the Case family - some may be wrong - its a bit of a guessing game sometimes but I can only hope I have matched them all up with the right people.

Well Joseph must have died between the 1871 and 1881 census as Lucy is living on her own on the 1881 a widow.

That all fits in nicely - how didnt I find that marriage? The children with Joseph and Lucy in 1851 are my grt grt aunt Deborah and grt grt uncle William - so its correct. And Josephs death also fits in - Thanks guys :-)

I've been looking for Lucy Symes in 1841 and her parents Thomas and Sarah - cant find any of them
