Hi there can someone please help me find the birth, parents @ sibblings of Lawrence Albert Clark. I have his marriage cert. to Lillian Clark, they married in 1919 West Derby in the County of Liverpool, UK. Lawrence is age 29yrs b.abt 1890, his occupation is "Mate Merchant Service" his father is recorded as Thomas Clark (dec'd), occup Engineer Merchant Service. I cant locate Lawrence or his father on any UK census. I would love to know where he was born, family etc. (I have his wifes details). There is a Lawrence A Clark that comes up in USA, but dont have access to check. Please help |

The address given for both Lillian and Lawrence on the marriage cert is (Calbarry Calbauy - C.Albauy C.Albary) Road ? its hard to read. The witnesses are Rosa Clark she is Lillian's twin sister and the othe is William John Tiler |

If the certificate is difficult to read, is there any chance the middle name could be Alfred? And was he recorded as bachelor or widower? |

Hi no its Albert, and he is a "bachelor". The person whom I'm helping with this family mentioned that there was someone in the family that comitted bigamy, and there was a write up in the papers, but he has no idea who it was, or when it happened |

I was checking if the name could have been mis-read as there was a Lawrence Alfred born Boston, Lincolnshire in 1889 - so guess that's not him |

Hi Im still looking for Lawrence, I wonder if he was born in the USA, does someone have access. Also Lawrence and Lillian weren't married for long as she married Thomas Douglas Earl in New Zealand in 1927, her daughter came with her to NZ (Rosa), So what happened to Lawrence or who was he, it was just after WW1 so Im thinking he may have been American, then skipped. Help this is driving me crazy |

Is this the person you are referring to in the USA? He is a married farmer and also appears in the same place in the World War 2 Draft again married. I can't see anyone who has the right father's name. |
