Find Ancestors

I have had a look at all the Hawnby baptisms between 1790 - 1810 and I cannot find anything for William Chapman. However if you are wanting to go back a generation I can give you his possible siblings. By going 'sideways' it might be possible to work out who his ancestors might be.
He may have been baptised elsewhere though.-jl

Ann Chapman daughter of Richard Chapman and Betsey 14 June 1810
Martha Chapman daughter of John Chapman and Monica 14 Mar 1801
Hannah Smith daughter of John Smith and Hannah Chapman 6 Mar 1791

This is strange. By looking for William Chapman in Yorkshire this has turned up but wasn't there when I searched by batch-jl

Margaret, if it is of any help all the information above is on familysearch. My gt gt grandmother was baptised there so I was able to look for your information at the same time as my own. -j
