Nicholas - if you've not got a sub, a major gateway to Canadian stuff is the LAC portal:
http://www.collectionscanada.gc.ca/genealogy/index-e.html
You can drill down there in various ways.

You can get Horace's attestation paper here:
http://www.collectionscanada.gc.ca/databases/cef/index-e.html
also Arthur's - I don't see Wm's - maybe he joined the navy.
Hotace (b 25/6/96) enlisted 25/10/15 @ Esquimalt BC (essentially the military bit of Victoria's harbour) and Art (b 21/5/94) enlisted 31/5/16 @ Moosomin SK - 20 km S of Rocanville.

SK (incomplete) and BC BMDs are indexed here - note closure periods
https://www.isc.ca/VitalStatistics/Genealogy/vsgs_srch.aspx
http://search.bcarchives.gov.bc.ca/sn-1A978A0/gbsearch/Births,Marriages,Deaths

The census indexes page is here:
http://www.collectionscanada.gc.ca/genealogy/022-911.009-e.html
In particular
http://www.collectionscanada.gc.ca/databases/census-1916/index-e.html
Do a look up for: Reg district=Qu'Appelle Subdistrict#=7 - you want page 10 of 25
Note col 4 has a C for Art & Wm Jr - they weren't at home, but serving somewhere in Canada in the forces.
Note also their addy= T17 R31 W1M; POs are Rocanville for Wm Snr, BC for Wm Jr and can't make out Art's.
Wm Snr immig 1905 - the kids in 1910. However, I can't find Wm in 1906 or anyone in 1911.

For prairie rural addy's, check out http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dominion_Land_Survey and use http://maps.google.com/ and
http://www.collectionscanada.gc.ca/databases/post-offices/index-e.html
A look up of Rocanville PO gets
Rocanville
Sec.16, Twp.17, R.31, W1 - 1884-01-01
Sec.21, Twp.16, R.31, W1

Ste. Marthe-Rocanville
Former Name Date of Change
Martheton 1915-05-01
Roberts 1918-11-01
Sec.10, Twp.17, R.30, W1 - 1913-05-01
It doesn't say when Rocanville moved 5 m S, but Sec.21, Twp.16, R.31, W1 is the current location of Rocanville, 10 m W of the SK-MB border.

The township measures northing from the US border (in 6 mile steps), and the range measures the westing (usually) from the last meridian line (again in 6 m steps) - here the 1st meridian.
In the southern part of SK, the SK-MB border lies between Ranges 29 & 30

We saw above that Arthur was a WW1 veteran. A couple of months back, LAC added a new dataset (Veterans Death Cards: First World War)
http://www.collectionscanada.gc.ca/microform-digitization/006003-110.01-e.php
The actual card we want is image 1050 (of 1304).
It shows Art (# 276382) d 7/11/1960 and his n.o.k. was his wife, Mrs Cicely Dunn of 160 Bay St, Ottawa ON

Thank you

Can't find any marriage between Arthur F Dunn and Cicely Dunn to find her maiden name, also searched google maps and 160 Bay St Ottawa ON doesn't exist any more to find any living relatives.
