Most City of Dublin parish registers are free online at:
http://www.irishgenealogy.ie/

Sometimes, the local registrar's index is online - see http://www.ukbmd.org.uk/local_bmd
In particular http://www.northwalesbmd.org.uk/
It's worth checking in addition to FreeBMD as the index doesn't always have the same info as the GRO index. E.g.:

According to the Familysearch website civil registration of births did not begin in Ireland until 1864 so there will probably NOT be a birth certificate.

The 1861 census says Henry is grandson to Jane Davies - Catherine's mother (if I have the correct family in the above census records).

KathleenBell Report 22 Oct 2012 17:31

From the census I would say it looks as if Henry Wright WAS a nephew to Catherine Davies.

You say on the census it gives Samuel as Henry's father. Which census have you seen with Samuel on it?

For Henry to be a nephew of Catherine he must be the son of one of Samuels brother

Could it be a different Henry Wright who registered her death and not her son. It is quite possible that if she had another son as well as Henry then that son could have named his son after his brother Henry.
