It's worth bearing in mind, if you use the GRO index for deaths it states the age at death. However, if a child dies at just a few months old it displays this as years old. There's no indicator as to whether it's months or years, so a 6 month old baby dies it may state age 6 at death so can be a bit misleading at times.

Just a quirk to be aware of.
