I agree AG it's Anne spelt with an e. If you look at the rest of the page you can compare it to the other Ann's and Jane's. , but at a first glance i see your meaning it could be taken to read jane |

Yes, on the baptism image it says Anne - though I admit it could be mistaken for Jane. |

To me, the transcription of the baptism is erroneous. Edmund’s mother was Ann Fry. |

Hi, sorry i didn't make it clear. Edmund Climo was born in 1852, baptised 07/07/1852 at St. Thomas by Launceston. Father and mother that are listed are George and Jane Climo. |

There are 3 trees on Ancestry giving George's wife's name as Ann Fry and Edmund's middle name as Fry. |

The name Dawe was mentioned in the original post, this may be a coincidence but Ann Fry in 1841 census was a female servant in the 'Sambel' household. Another servant living there was a Joseph Dawe. |
