Hi 1951, found them, in Manchester Cheetham, john 37, sarah 37, thomas 16, Henry 14, Mary 12 and Rachel 10. 1961, just found John and Sarah 47 and 46 in Flyde Poulton le Flyde with no children...then Thomas would have been 26, Henry 24, Mary 22 and Rachel 20 so they would probably have been married and living elsewhere. Rachel not in 1871 under metcalf so she has probably got married...need to try and find a marriage for her to get her surname...

Yup Kaz thats where Sarah is 1871,found Janes marriage 1876 to Cobden Hamer,in 1881 they are with Cobdens father,but dont know where she is 1871,oh why didnt i do this when i had my subscription to Ancestry,Typical,lol.
