Jess - I was pointing out the possible error Terry may be about to make. Nancy was born 1821 or 1830 depending on which census we've looked at. the jonathan I found on the 1861 was born 1832. Therefore brother & sister NOT father and daughter. Variations - errrrrr - Preston, Heliwell, Chorley (& probably more to come) QUESTION JESS - where've you managed to get Manchester from - I've blinked & missed that one lol |

what year was nancy Born? what year was that Johnathan born ? how can he Possibly be her father? How many variation s on nancys birth place do we have now?? chorley, bolton, halliwell and manchester! |

Jools thats a good lead you gave me .Jonothan marle living in Bolton in 1832.bolton being very close to Halliwell nr manchester where Nancy was born. thanks terry |

because his daughter was 21 in1849 so he must have been around 20 when she was born.It was just a hunch. |

cant find him in 1861. Igot hiname from his daughters wedding cert in 1849.His daughters name was Nancy.Idont know of any more. |
