Hi Sian, Success and failure both I'm afraid!! Let's start with the failure. There is no sign of Rosie Tabitha Evans Frederick Charles Morris in Trealaw from 1900 to present day.Sorry! Success!!!! I found Thomas Randall in G827 on my last visit. This visit I have located those buried in the same grave as him.Ready?! Albert Thomas Randall died Feb 1892 aged 27 Ernest Henry Randall died April 1895 aged 3 1/2 Mary David died Jan 1926 aged 69 John David died July 1927 aged 68 So it looks like both husbands the wife and 2 children are all in the same plot. For Richard Jones who died in 1884 I did find one for the relevant year but am not sure if it is the right one-needless to say he is the only one in Trealaw. Here goes- Richard Jones died 13 May 1884 aged 34-lived in Tyntila Road,Ystrad. Elizabeth Evans (wife) and Violet Harrison are in there. If you think this is the right one let me know and I will return to Trealaw and pull the rest of the details. For the mising people the next step will probably be Treorchy- but the sexton there is no use at all and usually will not search unless you know the death year.It might be worth you phoning him and explaining who you are looking for because when I went up there a couple of weeks ago he would not search for me and would not let me search the registers.Let me know. The sexton said that because Richard Jones died in 1884 he may very well be in a small churchyard cemetery attached to one of the churches around where he was living. Hope this info is of some use to you- let me know where you want me to try next if anywhere. Happy hunting, Sinead:))

Hi Sinead I hope you are feeling better and that it wasn't too cold up Trealaw! it's freezing here!! Thanks again for the info.Wonderfull!!! I have no idea who Ernest Henry Randall or Albert Thomas Randall are as I've not come across the names before, but they must be his sons. I can't seem as yet to locate them on the census but I will keep looking. Some more names to research! which is good. It's good news also to find my gg grandmother, Mary at last. I don't know where my Dad got 'Dick' from! On Rosie Tabitha Evans (nee Randall) marriage cert a John David is listed as a marriage witness so that must be Marys third husband. This was in 1910 and so hopefullly they are married by then so now I will search between 1904-1910 to find that entry. I shall try Treorchy for Rosie as I would love to know when she died. I shall see if the Sexton will be helpfull but like you say without dates it might be difficult. You have been really really helpfull and I can't thank you enough and I will pour over this new info and let you know if it gives me any more leads. I will reply to your email now just so as you have my address. Kind regards Sian

Hi Sinead I'll keep you posted and if I find anything else I'll let you know. You must also thank your lovely Sexton for me!!! Without you both I feel I may never have found my Thomas and Mary. Next step to go up Trealaw myself when I come down next. Sian
