The marriage took place on 8th December 1912 at the parish church of St Thomas of Canterbury, Brentwood, after banns. |

Found the marriage details and will post them in a few minutes, both fathers were noted as deceased with no occupation given. They were Frederick Shepherd and William Edmund Howard. |

These WW1 records my belong to your Grandfather Frederick Shepherd, they confirm his wife as Margaret Florence Shepherd (Maggie crossed out) the address was, Remingtons Farm, Grey Hound Common, Little Warley. |

As Ongar is a separate registration district to Billericay, it is probable that they were married in the Billericay register office and had a separate wedding in a church (catholic or nonconformist?). |

You really need Margaret Florence marriage cert if you don't have it to confirm her father, but if it is correct there is a possible marriage of her parents below |

I think this may well the family in 1901 with Margaret listed as Maggie - Her surname is a bad transcription of Howard!! All children born in St Pancras |
