Member Since: March 2008 Posts: 160 Send Message	And having no luck! :( Alfred J Golby was born in Northamptonshire in 1855 In the census he appears to be married to Sarah Ann born Sheffield 1857 They look to have had there first child in 1876 when Sarah Ann would have been 19. I have checked the individual indexes from 1874 but can't seem to see anything. Could it be that they simply weren't married? Thanks

	on the marriage cert their has been a correction in the entry no 222 after the words this marriage was solomized between us for godber read joseph corrected on the 27th september 1876

Member Since: March 2008 Posts: 160 Send Message	Is there anything on FMP about William Golby? Born 1833 and married Charlotte before 1853. He then married Mary sometime before 1871 as i presume Charlotte died? He was born in Northampton but then moved to Sheffield
