Can anyone tell me if it is worth signing up for the free 14 day trial om Ancestry? Is it easy to cancel when the 14 days is up? |

Hi Flossie, I have not done this but going by what others have said in the past it is well worth it but you must cancel well before your 2 weeks otherwise you will be charged I think for the year.... |

Hi If your uncertain why don't you signed up and pay on the monthly basis which is not much more expensive than an annual rate. Cheers Paul |

I have just joined Ancestry.co.uk for 10 shots over 14 days and am probably the only person to be disappointed. Maybe I am missing something, but I haven't got any further with my search. For instance I had already found that Isabella Savage was married in West Derby in 1885 and thought by joining I would be able to find out who she had married, but no all I got was a list of people married under 'S' at that time - information I knew anyway. Should I be going another route? |
