Sorry to bring this up again but i sent for 3 Wills just under 3 weeks ago, was told to wait about 6 for them to come back, gutted when i heard that. Any way i recived my bank statment this morning York cashed the cheque's 3 of them £5 each, on the 1st of march. do you think that they may be on the way to sending them out now or do they cash Cheque's regardless. My guess is they wait for the cheques to clear before they even start searching...sorry to be devils advocate. Suzanne X

I requested two wills last December. They cashed the cheques straight away, however it was a good 6 weeks before I received a reply - I got one copy and the other they couldn't find.

The silly thing is, once they have a six week turnround time, it never gets any longer.......they probably have six piles of requests and don't touch them until they have sat there for 5½ weeks! Merry
