When i use Ancestry to look for marriages it shows the matches but then when I click 'to see others on page' there are lots of possible spouses. There only used to be 4 or 6 before. Is this happening to anyone else Claire |

Is it the same years you're looking at? The earlier years had a lot more entries to the page than later years. Debby |

Before 1852, if everyone is transcribed, there should be 8 people to a page. Dropped to 4 to a page in 1852. Hope this helps! Merry |

LOL - it's 1850 same name as above! There are 18 entries and 10 of those are women so some missing too! Debby |

Claire Thats because the page number for that entry is ''7__'' (ie two digits were illegible to the transcriber). Therefore, when you click to see the other names on the page, you get everyone whose page number was also illegible, but who married in that district and quarter! Richard |

It's because her page number is incomplete ''7,dash, dash'' so it's been matched with all the other incomplete ones with a ''7'' in!! And it was 1850 not 1851 lol Merry |
