Need help to find marriage, please

I have been trying to find the Marriage of my 3xg grandparents but with no luck!! Can anyone help? Their names are- Thomas Marshall and Jane Davison I suspect they would have wed about 1851 in the Chesterfield area of Derbyshire Hope someone can help |

Debbie Have looked on 1837 between Jan 1848 and Dec 1853 and there is no listing of Jane Davison from Derbyshire. There is one record in Mar 1850 for a Jane Davison where the district, vol and page are unreadable, but there is not a Thomas Marshall to match that quarter from Derbyshire. Victor |

Hi Nell I have not seen the 1851 census yet, when I last looked it was not available to buy on CD and I do not live near a record office to have a look. Their first son was born 29 April 1852 so it is possible they were married when that census took place. Debbie |
