	I pretty much tea total now....done my fare share of drinking And waking up next day asking ....WHY!!!

	I got a cup of Red bush tea.. no caffeine...Ive been having serious headaches of late..dont want to give it any reason to get worse.

	Got to go for regular blood test tomorrow. Check on what the drugs are doing....is if my high blood pressure has got any better.. Such a drag. :(
