Do you prick your sausage?

I dont, I like them to split open as they cook, wasnt the way I was brought up, my mother always pricked hers.

best way to cook and keep flavour is to unfurl ends and cook slow on a low heat

Hi Chris it's me.I prick mine cos if you dont when youstick a fork in they spray fat .I had to have curtains cleaned once because of that..I am being very polite on this subject lol.
