Pat I have ketchup with my chips, not had chips for ages i'm trying to be good and cut down on things like that and eat more fruit, less cake and biscuits.

That is so sad Marilyn, I know it affects people in different ways my Mum bless her was so careful with her clothes she always looked smart always had her hair done. then she had breast cancer she tried so hard to come to terms with it. but she died in 1968 and to see her like she was was sicken it is only when I look back I realise how badly it had affected her.

I say St Jude Marilyn . I am church of England ( not church of Britian ) but a friend who is Irish taught me the prayer of St Jude she told me you have faith and repeat it ten times that was in 1956 .and I have done that every since..

thinking of you Marilyn it will be all over by this time tomorrow. by the way I was looking at my TV times and see that tonights DIY S O S is coming from where my Great Grandmother Eliza Ackland came from Ottery St Mary in Devon. so I will be looking at that. I was there five years ago walking all around there visiting the churches and school where she went.

Hope Marilyn is back home and the scan went OK. Did you see your niece? Hoping she will get better soon.

Productive day. the bedroom is finally finished the wallpaper looks fab. Wish it was our room now but it doesn't have an en-suite. Need new curtains and a new carpet now. Maybe shopping tomorrow.

Did a bit of gardening this morning too.
