PatriciaAnn Report 29 Dec 2010 21:24

I'm trying to watch Miss Marple. I had a mug of mulled wine which I warmed in the microwave and I don't really know what's going on in this mystery.

Stephen2009 Report 29 Dec 2010 21:28

Stephen2009 Report 29 Dec 2010 21:32

Marilyn,

Can you imagine how busy 'Fluffy Paws' could get restoring the circulation to those lovely ladies that had collapsed with Hypothermia ?

PatriciaAnn

PatriciaAnn Report 29 Dec 2010 21:34

Stephen, let's just say it wasn't a small mug!
I'll have a cup of coffee before I go to bed. I'll be ok!

Stephen2009

Stephen2009 Report 29 Dec 2010 21:37

I'll mull over the size, Patricia

PatriciaAnn

Dermot Report 29 Dec 2010 21:48

Size doesn't matter - so they say.

PatriciaAnn

PatriciaAnn Report 29 Dec 2010 21:56

Miss Marple's finished! the kettle's on! off to bed with a mug of coffee!
That's a bigger mug than the mug I used for the mulled wine!

Stephen2009

Stephen2009 Report 29 Dec 2010 21:58

Try reaching a shelf 6ft high when you're only 4ft 3ins then you'll know size does matter '

Patricia,

My wife and I sometimes organise 'Murder Mystery' weekends in the Highlands.

We rent a large Mansion and a pile of friends join in the fun. Magic.

Cough. sneeze, splutter.

Helloooooooooooooooooooo. Hope everyone is well and warm.

I see Pauline is still missing, maybe her tinternet has gone down.

Hope everyone is feeling better today. Rita, keep warm and have some nourishing soup, it will do you good, and you can make a load and freeze some.

I met a very nice young man today. I heard him before I saw him.

I turned and saw this vision in tartan. What a charming young man. He was dressed in a knitted hat and jersey. Long white socks with tartan garters, kilt and sporran.

I dont know the tartan Stephen, but you may have an idea, it was mostly blue and green, with a white and black horizonal and vertical line through it.

He was a very tall and slim young man, and he carried himself well.

He was striding along like Bill McKenna in Geordie.

Just saying hello really, and will be going to bed soon.

Stephen2009 Report 29 Dec 2010 22:19

Maddie,

Hard to tell without seeing it, by the description you give it could be one of the 'modern' tartans such as Flower of Scotland.

Young folk have really taken to wearing the Kilt, Good to see.
