Going to put it away safe til 2 wks before Easter next year...then I'm going to flog it on Ebay for someone who can't be bothered to do one themselves LOLOLOL.xx

aw baby s's is looking brill, just need shis eggs dangling round the edges and its finished, he even has sweets on it lol xxx

wmsl..... how very cruel, devious....... and wonderful, lololol.... only the girls had bonnets.... the boys had baskets, so innovation was the theme.... treasure chests full of bejewelled faberge (?) eggs in amongst all the doubloons....... gardening theme, with trowel, fork and fluffy chicks coming out of the eggs from a broken plantpot in a vegetable crate, etc etc.

I was quite good at it, lolol And the boys whiled away hours, in a place where there was no telly, no pc's and very little radio for kids, even.....

Those were the days, lolol

Happily for me my Easter bonnet days are over . Four children all had to have a go at one point or other .

I made the last one back when my youngest was about six and just to buck the egg and chicks theme , I created the crucifiction on very wide brimmed hat . The head thus becomeing the " green hill far away " , complete with three crosses perched on top. It got some odd looks I can tell you .......but no choccy egg prize .....................daughter never pestered me to make one the next year : )) lol

*sadly to Eldrick* ......... fffufff dear, not ph......ff gives the ffuff sound, lolol

grandad is busy in the kitchen with baby satan and a glue gun
we bought him a trilby
and they are sticking chicks eggs and baby rabbits on it



as for sheep i would stick love hearts on them
with the messages

i love ewe
and me and ewe forever
