	cant wait for tomorrow when we do vertical c sections frontal labotamy and lancing of boils and ohh my op with no pain relief and been wide awake in all the gorrey detail ;-) ;-)

	OMG just how long are you going to drag this on for? If it's a world record attempt we are going to have to suffer this for months! I suggest you get the cheese grater out of the drawer and at least make the graze into something worthy of a thread. Aaaaaaaarrghhhhhh
