I had a phone call at 10.20am to say she would be at our vets in 20 mins. I was there in 5. I didn´t bring her home though as she is struggling to breathe and they brought her over to see if it was stress causing it and if so could I calm her down. I couldn´t so they have taken her back to hospital to put her on oxygen and a heart monitor. We have to go over tonight for her and hopefully bring her home then.

Thank you Kitty, I´m feeling pretty useless at the moment because I couldn´t calm her down. I just want to go over there and sit with her, but I fear that might make her worse if I can´t bring her home.

You probably saw her at her worst Uzzi and that is the image in your mind, i am sure the vets will have made her comfortable and she will be so different when you see her again...

<3 <3 <3 <3 I am sure she is in the right place Uzzi, hopefully the oxygen will work for her. She sounds as if she got herself worked up at being away from home. (panic attack maybe?)

Poor thing - hope all goes well and it is all stress related and then she'll be fine when she gets home and I hope for both your sakes it'll be soon. :-) <3

Mini is home where she belongs, I went to see her at 1.30pm whilst she had her ECG, her heart is good, but they wouldn´t let me bring her home until this evening. Her breathing is still far too fast but her vitals all say she is good. She is now semi asleep on the back of the settee by the fan, still panting but much more settled. They do not know what happened and they did worry about the fluid on the lungs :-0 that happened during in the op.
Loved the fact that my vet phoned me at 1pm and said I am going to see Mini do you want to come. :-D silly question.

After a restful night, where Mini probably got more sleep than we did, she is now asleep on the windowsill and her breathing is normal. :-D <3 :-D
