That's a good price, GP.

JL - I probably wont have fancied what you had for lunch but I hope you enjoyed it.
I visit Gateshead Civic Centre as it is open to the public and heavily subsidised. Two course meal £3.85, Three course meal £4.85. I'm not sure if Newcastle Civic Centre provide meals for the public.

GP, Tomato soup not one of my favourite dishes nor is pie but I am pleased you enjoyed it. You probably wouldn't like what I had for lunch - wraps with salad, ham and grated cheese followed by a toffee yoghurt. Hubby did not have the same 'cos wraps are not his idea of a nice lunch - and I suspect not yours either.

Did you go to Newcastle Civic Centre? Has Gateshead got a civic centre or is it all part of South Tyneside Council?

JL %3A-%29 %26lt%3B3 %3A-D I didn't have fish and chips today . I went to the Civic Centre and I had a Tangy tomato soup followed by a chicken and veg. pie in a brown dish with a puff pastry lid - delicious.
