They are very popular on programmes like Masterchef. They usually soft-boil them, take the shells off and then balance them on top of whatever the rest of the dish is!! :-) |

I said you should never have accepted them because quails are like little egg dispensers and, if that person had thirty new laid quail eggs to get rid of today, then they will have the same every day. |

I am pleased to know they have a market for those eggs because those birds don't give up production. My mother had two and we didn't know what to do with all the eggs, fourteen of the little blighters week in week out. |
