My Nan was a translater fluent in French , she then went onto Numerical Services,
some of the writing is very faded as it actually says original records were destroyed in 1961....but not gone into all of it thoroughly yet as I am blind as a bat

Had some good news re my Lloyd family today via email.

I had DNA connected with 4 of my 3rd gt grandparents children - there were 8. Lady who emailed me had 3 I hadn't had so we are only one short of a full house and as we haven't found him with a family on 1841 census he may have died as a child. :-D
