We have at least 18 cases here in my area albeit a very big area. I've just been to do a regular grocery shop and no sign of stockpiling or panic if anything the shops were quiet. I'm sure the local Costco is full of panic buyers though :-) |

I found it surprising to realize that the US has only just got serious about this ............... after 99 presumptive cases reported, and 6 deaths in 3 days (4 yesterday alone) in the Seattle area of Washington State. |

We are fortunate so far in WA. there is one confirmed case and one death. Both were passengers on the Diamond Princess who were evacuated back to Oz. |

There was something on TV last night, men passing each other on a stage to get to the microphone, some sort of press conference ........ and the men were touching forearm to forearm |

It's not just what Rollo thinks, it's the advice given by what ever his name was from the WHO, earlier on our news, that the "wash your hands" strategy, will NOT be enough with the expected increase in cases. It has jumped from 51 to 90 cases today. |
