I remember him and the killings.

He attempted to kidnap one child who had been walking along a road….she noticed a neighbour cutting his lawn and waved, a van pulled up and she was gone, the neighbour got in touch with the police and a policeman came to the property…as they were talking outside the said van is coming back down the road…..the policeman stopped it and cutting the story short it was his own daughter trussed up inside a suitcase in the back

Think it might have been but not sure…will watch tonight. I remember mostly the Caroline Hogg case…she was only 5 :-(
