	Morning Belle Good to see Von is much better, but sorry to hear Fly feels so sore. Get well soon Haven't ventured out yet, but it has been raining then bright sunshine. At the moment it is in 'undecided' time Definitely could feel more of a chill, when I was walking home yesterday afternoon. : Gong to be brr for the next few days at least too Interesting what you were saying yesterday about mail from overseas. A card from a friend in Philadelphia , USA was delivered here within 4 days, but cards from OH's siblings in New Zealand and Italy both arrived after Christmas

	Have you got any throat sweets or even boiled sweets Fly? I like to disolve honey in fairly hot water and add lemon juice, if I have a sore throat. It seems to help.

	Good afternoon Very cold here so haven’t ventured out. Fly sorry to hear about your sore throat. I know it’s old fashioned but have you gargled. Hope you feel better soon

	Just a case of time then, Fly ....about a fortnight if you treat a sore throat and 2 weeks if you do nothing

	Can you imagine no heat or elec…one old guy was staying in his flooded home and he had not even a pair of wellies
