LondonBelle Report 26 Feb 2024 19:37

Torture, rape, murder, and widespread death from rubber harvesting halved the Congo's population within two decades while bringing Leopold a fortune of more than $1 billion (in today's terms).

My next door neighbour doesn't understand that if you don't clip the lids of the bins down the lids fly off and all the contents come out :-| :-|

I bet….it did give strong winds for you :-0

On windy days here it is the same….however a lot of the mess is sometimes made by the collectors leaving the sides open on the chutes….and the don’t bother picking it up most times :-0 :-|

I buy frozen mini breast fillets for Ralph.....I'm sure they are pumping them up with more water, you take them out of the oven and they are about a third of the size that went in :-|

Another way of making more money :-| :-(

LondonBelle Report 26 Feb 2024 19:52

They are only on the recycling bins, the newer ones have what looks like an elasticated shower cap that you put on the top :-D :-D

There has been a few articles over the years about that Belle :-(

I stopped buying them from the big supermarkets. In Sparkles they have individually wrapped 6 to a pack….always lovely chicken :-)
