It galls me to see countries giving in to Trump's tariffs but I can understand why they are cos he will just double them :-0 :-| :-|

The thought of him gloating saying see countries have come cap in hand begging him to negotiate their tariff galls me even more :-| :-|. I hope it comes back to bite him on the bum :-P

Belle, I have any number of walking sticks, decorative and otherwise, but I try not to use them unless absolutely necessary as I tend to walk with more of a limp when I rely on a stick.

Gwyn, you are so right. I hate not being able to do things that were once so easy. The walk to the local shops is only 10 minutes when you are fit and able but it took me more than double that yesterday and now I'm sitting with my feet up. :-|

My sister lives in Florida and she has quite a few friends who are normally quite sensible people but they all think Trump is the best thing since sliced bread. You just can't account for some peoples stupidity :-S

I have a couple of cousins who live in Florida, one on the west coast and one on the east :-)

Both can't stand Trump :-0. One is married to a Trump voter and they both have agreed not to discuss politics between the two of them :-0 :-0. The other voted for Harris but her children are Trump supporters and she can't believe she gave birth to them ;-) :-D

It will be interesting to see whether they change their tune as I can see a very bumpy road ahead for some time to come :-0

I heard a conversation yesterday and someone said how some Americans think Trump is the best thing since sliced bread.

A man then said "Ah, but they forget that sliced bread goes stale quicker, What then?!

I wonder how he will be remembered in history?
