	I do online banking mainly because they have closed most of the branches around here for the Banks that I use :-0 :-0

	Exactly Belle….I understand the reason when something is flagged…but at the end of the day they are there to help and support. He kept us holding for ever…I think purposely because he was in one…when he eventually came back on…he just said Go to your branch with ID :-0 :-0 I did what he asked on Monday..thought things had resolved…but the same thing happened today…would not let me move money to current account…asking me to ring the same department again :-0 Not a chance…so I drove back to branch :-\|

	He put a pause on the tariffs for 90 days so that they could process all countries that are queuing to, as it put it, "kiss my ass" :-\| :-\| Countries still have to pay 10% in the process though :-\|

	Banks dont do an awful lot to help the customers do they. My local branch has moved to the next town. not a big deal for me because I am mobile, but I pity those who cant get down there. There is no counter there anymore, only ATM's :-P :-P

	That's naughty, Ann....with my Banks they have security questions they can ask like memorable date etc together with telephone verification and special pin :-0 :-0

	The fact that The World Stock Markets have almost crashed.....I expect a lot of his Billionaire friends were having a go cos they were very shortly gonna be Millionaires :-0 :-0

	For some payments they will send you a code through text which is fine. I think because I was doing quite a few transactions and sorting ISA etc…it flagged as suspicious :-0
