Still trying to get the hang of This City Is Ours. I have to put the subtitles on, the accent is strong, and I cannot catch all the words. :-0

Made a different version of mint sauce as son doesn’t eat vinegar. Turned out to be

MG….Sparkles do small pork loin with the crackling on…..not a huge fan of pork but that in particular is very tender…have bought one for V a few times to cook at Xmas
