It is indeed another beautiful day.

Supposedly 17 degrees at the moment. :-D

I have been smiling at the variety of birds taking a dip in our bird bath.

The plea has gone out to parents to apply suncream before school and make sure the children have a sunhat and water bottle at school, this week.

Gorgeous weather here too but not going into the garden. Did a little tidying there over the weekend and ended up with the worst hay fever I have had for a long time.This morning I woke with left eye fully closed and crusted over and the right eye not quite as bad. Cleaned myself up and went dancing with my red eyes and lots of tissues because my nose was like a stream.

I blame the laurels! I used to blame the rowan until it was removed.

I still haven't been out of the house for a fortnight apart from going to the doctors. Last day of my antibiotics today but the cough is still as bad whenever I talk, eat or drink. I think my throat must be irritated. :-(
