Lovely day again here though not as hot as yesterday.

Feeling much better today and my son has a day off so we are going for a run in the car - might get lunch out or coffee and cake somewhere. Think the Yorkshire Dales or North York Moors.

Had a lovely afternoon in the Yorkshire Dales. Ended up at Jervaulx Abbey which has a lovely family run cafe. We had sandwiches, quiche and coffee and cake. A very slow wander round the ruins and a bit later on in the afternoon we stopped again for an icecream and sorbet.

The weather was glorious :-D
