Joy, some robins do migrate but most are resident. We see them all year round. At the moment we have an adult pair with 2 young ones. They are fully fledged but not yet got their red breasts and we see them sitting on the fence with one of the adults.

Ann, I can’t see how but could your puzzle have anything to do with the log in system? I know lots of people stay logged in. I log in and out every day. I don’t see why it would make any difference - it’s just a thought.

I never have any problem.

I stay logged in all the time, and have the problem 9 times out of 10 when I try to open GR in my evening, which would be ca 3 - 5 am in the UK.

I use a desk top, with Windows 10, and use Microsoft Edge.

I have also sometimes (about 40-50% of the time) had problems at this time of day, but not as often. On the other hand, I try much less often at this time of day!

I just try once or twice, then give up.

I am logged in all the time as well.

I think it is a puzzle we will never solve.

Tried between 0630 and 0715 got the error message and tried several times to click on that to get to the home page. Took two tried at 0735 and I got on.

Like SuffolkVers I log in each time and don’t, usually, have any problems.

Just trying this to see if it works.

You got on early Von I didn't try today until after0730 and got on OK. Oh and I forgot to experiment with logging out. Von do you log out?

Ann, I use both my ipad and main computer and don't have your problems.

My biggest problem is doing evrything one handed at the moment :-|

Oddly, genes was down a few minutes ago - bad gateways had been found.

I got the dreaded Error Message when I tried to get on just before 7 this morning :-0

Normally when this happens if I click on Error it takes me back in but it wouldn't do that this morning...... I ended up pressing the Refresh bottom on my tablet and it let me back in to type this :-0

Btw I hadn't logged out on my tablet :-)

last night when trying to get onto Genes around 10 o'clock I got a very different message that they were 'down' for maintenance.
This morning at 0640 I got the error messge and also again at 0700. Have just got in almost straight away. No I was not logged out. and am on my desk top.

Logged in at 7.41 onto iPad. No problems.

Logged in 7.25 error message :-(

Twice had problems with Genes today, but this was mid-morning and later.

Error message when I was trying to open a PM. about 10.30 and then when I tried to come on site a few minutes ago, I had the 'newspaper article' re. traffic jam.

Have those having problems cleared their Cooke cache? Cookies can build up if not logging out of sites.
