Work not so bust tonight Paul?

it has been really busy for the first 8 hours, bit quiet now though luckily................only 2 hours to go.....!!!!

Hi Fiona, very true that................also remember that It's true that we don't know what we've got until it's gone, but it's also true that we don't know what we've been missing until it arrives.

Those 2 hours will fly by, then you can go home. Do you manage to get to bed straight away or do you need some wind down time? A friend of mine works nights and he says he can never go straight to sleep when he gets home.

It depends on whats been happening at work if its mega busy and lots going on then the adrenaline gets you buzzing, so it takes a while to settle down...........the next two nights will be a typical example as we are going to be extremely busy.............I normally walk the dog as well before going to bed and that can wake you up a bit ...........
