Dry. White fluffy clouds in a clear blue sky towards the south east... rather darker clouds towards the north west. Sun shining. Cold wind but no frost or snow. Gwyn |

The moors look lovely with snow on them, but I can imagine it being a right pain if you have to live there! lol. I remember trying to get up Blue Bank once in the snow.....no easy thing! We're quite low down near the river here so we never seem to get much. |

Hi Jeanette, I am on the edge of the N.Y. moors,woke this morning to a good couple of inches of snow. Took the kids to school and the roads were awful,still snowing hard here~am not looking forwards to the pickup later...wish it wasn`t my week to do the school run. R.B.xxx |

I'm just outside Hull Raggy. My Uncle used to be a bank manager so moved all round North and East Yorkshire. Last place he worked before retiring was Middlesborough and he's stayed up there. Don't think he'll come back down here now. I don't think Hull has quite the same charm as the moors area! LOL |
