Well done Diana! Hope this doesn't sound like a silly question, but was it 'normal' Coke you were drinking? I drink Pepsi Max, which has no sugar, but if I thought I could lose some weight by giving it up, I would! Mandy :) |

I find that I need something with 'fizz' to quench my thirst, but I don't like the taste of fizzy water. Any other ideas? Or what I could sensibly add to the fizzy water, eg not voddie;) Mandy :) |

Hi Mandy,Your really best to drink just plain water, but if you need a little more try fresh fruit juice added to it,not too much, otherwise its pointless. |

Mandy - sadly its the fizz content that is bad!! ;o( |

Oh no! Even the fizz in fizzy water? Maybe I have a problem with my taste buds or something lol. Non-fizzy drinks just don't quench my thirst, especially hot drinks (urgh!). Mandy :) |

Sadly even the fizz in fizzy water - it encourages CELULITE!! ;o( |

Diana, no, now I know what to blame as I have been drinking fizzy water for quite a while now. It is so nice! Have just got a new water filter jug tho so maybe will have to start doing water only, certainly nice to see no scum on the top of my cuppas. |
