enjoyed for yourself.. Mine was a spirituality course for 3 days and we stayed with a monastic nursing order met some wonderful people i shall never forget it though it was 10 yrs ago June .. |

I also went with my daughter to a color theraphy day it was good also spent half a day witha buddhist teacher but not been to anything interesting for ages June .. |
