No i dont think she's being seen as a Hero i think shes being seen for what she is a gobby B----h, It was said that Jade had been bullied as a child and as in so many cases and its common Knowledge the Buliied become a bully, not saying Jade has Bullied or made any Racist comments, but as was quoted earlier its more to do with Class and Jealousy, Also i think if you watch BB you would see that Shilpa firstly made comments about Jades accent when Jade said Whale i feel it was innocent but who knows how Jade or others took it. Anyway Jade and the others got what is coming Show Biz posion no one will touch them after they leave well they say maybe one inteview with the papers to set the record straight, and as for JJ they want him out for his comments made, as they say what goes around comes around Lilxx |

Judging by the polls, I don't think there are many who are 'condoning' Jade's behaviour. How can any pressure have been put on Shilpa? She stated what she did in the diary room of her own free will, and I for one believe her. Too much is quickly slapped with the racist label when its not! How can you see mimicking an indian accent as racist, yet nobody says a word when mimicking a french, Irish or even british regional accent? Its the same thing. However this IS bullying, made worse because it is so public, and Jade needs to be taken to task for that, as do the others. |

PS off out to brave the storm and go to see Dad now. Then on to the pub quiz - so any lack of reply is due to absence not rudeness. Gwynne |

I still think it is racist or cultural bullying - isn't Jade mocking her accent racist? Isn't saying she can't speak English properly racist? I saw the **** off home remark and I have no doubt it was racist, no matter how much Danielle tried to backtrack in the diary room. In the bedroom last night, talking to Cleo, Shilpa said she thought it was racist. I wonder what pressure has been put on her since then. Sadly, I've taught several girls like Jade and the others and bullying is what they do. One leader and a bunch of weak, nasty cohorts who follow or make the ammunition. This is exactly what is happening in schools every day. It should be stopped so that school bullies can see that such actions have consequences. I'm sure Jade is seen as something of a hero to some. Gwynne, I don't think Jackie called her 'the indian' in any racist sense, the silly cow couldn't pronounce her name! Danielle has been taken to task over her f*** off home comment, and is sorry she said it. I don't think she actually meant it in a racist way. Jade herself has said nothing racist, and Shilpa herself has now stated that she does not view this as racism at Jades end, but due to a lot of insecurities. She has asked it to be braodcast that she does not see herself as a victim of racism. |

I have heard racist comments - She should **** off home sounds racist to me, as is calling her 'The Indian'. Interestingly ' Since Jade Goody shot to fame on Channel 4 she has had the same management as Celebrity Big Brother host Davina McCall, and both Big Brother spin-off show hosts, Dermot O'Leary and Russell Brand, as well as last year's Celebrity Big Brother winner Chantelle. So is it any surprise that C4 and CBB producers are so reticent about condemning the racist bullying, led by Jade, on their show? They have their own interests to protect' from the popbitch website Gwynne |

Well TW I agree with Lil the only racist comment I have heard so far came from Jermaine Jackson. This is not racism, it is just a clash of personalities xx |

*passes Muffy the oxygen and advises her to take a breath* Its not because it is celebrities, it is because one of the celebrities is Indian, and many see the rows as racist. All except that is the so called victim of said racism, who has now announced that she does NOT see the row as racist in any way. Yes it has made headline news because of the reaction to it in India, and in the press, and even in parliament. It has all blown out of proportion. Hopefully Shilpa's comments will calm things down a bit. |

What a huge fuss about a game show !!!! I still cannot believe it has made headline news. Most of the people I speak to that have watched it through from day one like I have know the score and are also shaking their heads in astonishment at how the media are dealing with this !!! Jade was EXACTLY the same when she was in the Big Brother house the first time - her behaviour comes as no surprise whatsoever to me. I disliked her then I dislike her now. Though I can see how she reached the point she has - I don't agree with the way that she has dealt with the situation at all. There have been some vicious arguments in Big Brother since day one - celebrity and non celebrity and the house being divided into 'sides' and such like. I really cannot understand why it's suddenly a big deal because celebrities are involved.xx |

Whats not understandable,is when the first day it hit the fan via the media about all the compliants,,,why didnt the producers call them all to boot and say --**Button it,**why are they letting it carry on?? And I dont or never have watched it,,,,,, I think because Jade Goody has appeared in similar programes like this she may thinks she is untouchable..! |

You're right Kris....Endemol sold it to colleges and universities as a psychology situation....how a group of people, strangers from different backgrounds, etc. coped when put together in a strange environment..... A bit like animals in a zoo and how they react if they were all thrown together suddenly......of course they add new people according to who was evicted and how they see the mix....if you get my meaning......that is why they have psychologists on there explaining what is going on, and why they are behaving as they do......and we are the spectators Celeb BB is something else.....and I think after this, it may well be on its way out... |

I really hope that we are hearing the death knoll of this programme. interesting that the public are going to have to pay to get Jade evicted - the cost of a phone call I know but the programme makers will be laughing all the way to the bank! The original concept of the programme was suposed to be a social experiment - well with those images being beamed around the world (which they are at the moment) I can only shake my head at the thought that that that is how the rest of the world sees British 'celebrity'. Please God this is also the end of an era where the likes of Jade Goody are catapaulted to stardom. |

l think the sooner the programme is stopped the better. l actually feel sorry for Jade,Jacky,Shilpa and all the others, they are all being exploited, its a disgrace - but l also think alot has been blown way out of proportion. l certainly would'nt want to be any of them when they come out of there. l think Jade writing a book (not read it though) is no different to any of the other celebs around the world writing books - she must have had something to tell -rags to riches for a start and good for her. Bur sadly this could ruin her:o(((( l don't watch it either - but we did watch one day last week. l like the Come dancing programmes but can't stand Bruce Forsyth and will probably watch the Ice skating this weekend - they're are'nt demeaning. jude sarf wales :o) |
