Help Needed Please - Printer Louise or anyone are

After installing the software that came with the printer: 1. Click on START. 2. Click on CONTROL PANEL. 3. Click on ADD HARDWARE. 4. From the list, click on ADD HARDWARE. 5. A screen called ADD HARDWARE WIZARD will appear - follow the prompts and the PC should then recognize the new piece of hardware (the printer.) Usually anytime you add something to your PC (ie printer, camera, video, etc....) this needs to be done. It wouldn't hurt, too, to visit the WINDOWS UPDATE SITE, click on CUSTOM, all the site to scan your PC and do any updates under this link - including any offered DRIVERS. The updates under CUSTOM are not automatic like the CRITICAL updates, that will automatically update for you after your first visit. Judy |
