The site I belong to announced it on the friday 11th. So monday 7th would be right. Don't think the family released the news until then. Yes that was him. |

How sad my thoughts are with his family, Was he the one that use to do the Xmas Show on a Saturday night going back a couple of years, he alway,s talked about his Dogs? Or i have i got the wrong person P.S yes it is him i Googled it |

Thats probably right, it wasn't announced until several days after. What site did you find it on?? Apparently it's in the Mail and Times, but my Mail must be an earlier edition as it's not there. |

Afraid it was suicide. My son works in tv and was told a few hours after his death. Its a great shame. I always thought he was a lovely man. The thing is often this very over the top 'happy' people are the ones struggling the most to survive. I got some of his tanning stuff. Not used it yet though. Terrible waste of a nice person. |

I have been trawling the internet looking for information, but no-one mentions how he died, just that it was peaceful. Its so sad. I hope that he didnt commite suicide. He reallt was a nice man. |

Apparently reading on another site it was reported in the Sun today he committed suicide after the break up of his marriage. A great shame. Diane |

He also used to be on QVC and This Morning, did gadgets on there I think. More recently he had his self tan stuff as his own business. |
