Eat little and often, if she can manage it. Ginger biscuits helped me. Heather |

You feel sick because your blood-sugar levels have hit rock bottom. Anything which can give them a boost will work - Lucozade, dextrose sweets, something with sugar in it like biscuits etc. Janice |

I had the worst morning sickness EVER and was still being sick while i was giving birth. A little chinese woman i know made me drink hot water with lemon, someone else gave me ginner biscuits.. i don't think anything worked for me... is she having a girl? My midwife said sickness is worse if it's a girl, wondered if it was true!? x |

You midwife told you a load of old cobblers Toothfairy!! I was sick from conception through to birth with both my boys, lol. The only thing that actually helped the nausea was to be sick and wait for the next bout. |

Peppermint is good for upset stomach sickness, but this isn't the same cause. Janice |
