Eat little and often, if she can manage it. Ginger biscuits helped me. Heather

You feel sick because your blood-sugar levels have hit rock bottom. Anything which can give them a boost will work - Lucozade, dextrose sweets, something with sugar in it like biscuits etc. Janice

Three ginger biscuits and a cup of tea before getting out of bed worked for me.

I had the worst morning sickness EVER and was still being sick while i was giving birth. A little chinese woman i know made me drink hot water with lemon, someone else gave me ginner biscuits.. i don't think anything worked for me... is she having a girl? My midwife said sickness is worse if it's a girl, wondered if it was true!? x

You midwife told you a load of old cobblers Toothfairy!! I was sick from conception through to birth with both my boys, lol. The only thing that actually helped the nausea was to be sick and wait for the next bout.

Peppermint is good for upset stomach sickness, but this isn't the same cause. Janice
